You can send the following gifts to your neighbors: free and paid.
Free gifts:
1). Pancakes: you can send the pancakes to all your friends every day. To do this you need to click the icon with a blue gift (above the task bar). During some actions the type of free gift can be changed, for exampe, blinis, cookies etc.
2). Soup: you can resend to your friends soup only once - after completing the wedding quest and quest to get the first child.
Paid gifts:
To choose the paid gift for special neighbor you need to open the Market and select the Rarity tab. Please, note you can choose only gifts with the gift icon (green gift box). Gifting becomes available at level 100.
