To make the game work correctly on your PC you need to update the drivers for the graphic
card.
 

If you are experiencing such display issues like the screen shaking while you are playing using the “fullscreen” mode, slow loading of the items inside buildings or slow scrolling, slow moving of the game characters, slow loading of neighbor’s sites, etc., you need to update the drivers for the graphic card.

 

We suggest to you to update the drivers for the graphic card using the developer’s websites only. You can check the type and model of your graphic card using DirectX diagnostics: Click the Start button, enter dxdiag.exe in the search box and click “Enter” – the pop-up window will appear and you’ll see the graphic card details in the “Display” tab.
