You can receive a cat with its house if you complete the quest “Getting a Cat”. This quest is available to all the players who have completed "Building A House – 5" task.

 

A cat brings care (the care points) when you collect profit from a cat and its house. You can use the care points in order to make some purchases in the store in the cat house.
