We would like to point out that any possible promotional offer we might undertake is NEVER advertised and/or announced in the game chat. By texting the number a fraudster has provided, you simply top up their balance. Should you spot a message of the type described above, please take no time in reporting it and the user who left it to us directly. We will not look into any complaints regarding cases when a user responded to such an "offer" and received no subsequent "promised" top-up.

    2. Sometimes violators reveal themselves by sending an email that requests you to provide your email account details, including the password, on behalf of our Team. Remember: we NEVER email this sort of messages, and we will NEVER ask for a password associated with any of your accounts. One of the reasons the violators do get to the users after all is simply the user unsuspecting gullibility.
