There are different buildings in the town that you can unlock while progressing in the game. 

Buildings in the city provide you with basic resources, allow you to create new items and give additional functions.

There are 3 categories of buildings in the city:

Resource buildings - upgrade these buildings to speed up their producstion.

• Junkyard - allows you to generate Metal;
• Tannery - allows you to generate Leather;
• Recycling Station - allows you to generate Plastic;
• Chemist's Trailer - allows you to generate Chemicals.

Master buildings - these buildings have Masters in them. The Masters provide the player with the ability to craft different items. Their level affects both item types and crafting time. The master gains experience when crafting related items. The maximum available master level is determined by the level of the corresponding building. 

• Tailor Shop;
• Laboratory;
• Garage;
• Workshop;

There are also other Special buildings providing different perks for your game.

To find what a town building provides. Click on the town building > Select the upgrades option > Scroll.
