We want every game to be fair and bring joy to all participants, which is why we strictly enforce compliance with the rules. Please note that ignorance of the rules does not exempt you from responsibility, so we strongly recommend familiarizing yourself with them.

 

📜 List of game violations

  • Chip dumping — the intentional transfer of chips between players or profiles of the same user at poker tables.
  • Collusion — cooperating or exchanging information to gain an advantage over other players. This applies not only to regular poker games but also to advancing in the Heat program league, jointly completing various quests, and earning achievements.
  • Creating multiple accounts (4 or more) for unfair acquisition of bonuses or advantages over other players.
  • Using multiple accounts to play at the same table.
  • Using prohibited software, including client modifications or programs that simulate player actions on the device.
  • Intentionally exploiting vulnerabilities and bugs for personal gain.
  • Hacking accounts or associated social media accounts of other players.
  • Any commercial activity, including buying or selling in-game currency through third-party sources, as well as buying, selling or transferring accounts. Disseminating information about how to buy/sell in-game currency through third-party or external platforms is also a violation.
  • Fraud or deception involving the refund system, including but not limited to refunds through payment systems or chargebacks after fully or partially spending purchased in-game currency.
In situations not described in the current rules, the administration reserves the right to act at its own discretion.

 

👨🏼‍⚖️ Consequences of Violating the Rules

In case of rule violations, users may be fined, have their trophies removed, or be blocked.

🧾 Fine

Deduction of a specific number of chips from the account.
The amount of the penalty is determined individually and may exceed the amount gained by dishonest means, up to the total account nullification. All fines are recorded and saved in the system. After accumulating five or more fines, the user’s account may be blocked.

🗑 Rewards Removal

If dishonest play was conducted to obtain rewards (coins, trophies, 3D-character accessories), they may also be removed along with the fine. It will not be possible to return trophies or items or reset your progress in a tournament to get a reward fairly.

❌ Account Blocking

This is typically applied in cases of systematic or very serious violations. Account blocking completely restricts the user’s access to the account. It may be temporary or permanent — the user can contact support for information on the reason and duration of the block. If the account is permanently blocked, access cannot be restored.
