If you wish to permanently delete your game profile and all associated personal data, you must submit a request to our support team.

📮 Deletion Process

• Contact our Customer Support team and request the deletion of your account.
• After your request is registered, a mandatory 30-day waiting period will begin.
• During these 30 days, you can cancel the deletion at any time when you log into the game.
• If the request is not cancelled within 30 days, your data will be permanently and irrevocably deleted.

⚠️ Important Information

• Accounts that have been blocked for violating the application's rules cannot be deleted.
• Once the deletion is finalized, it is impossible to restore your profile, progress, in-game items, or game history.
• After the account is fully deleted, you can start playing again by logging in with the same method, but this will create a brand new, empty profile.
