If you encounter such a situation, first of all, don't worry! The funds are secure. If your account has been charged, you will either receive the purchase, or the funds will be refunded to you automatically over time.
If the purchase hasn't been received, wait 10–15 minutes after making the purchase, then contact our Customer Support team and provide a purchase receipt. Our specialists will help resolve the situation or advise you on who to contact if your issue requires direct contact with the payment system.
