You can report a violation directly in the game chat at the table:

  • ๐Ÿ“ฑ Mobile app: Tap the message, then press the [!] button.  
  • ๐Ÿ’ป PC version: The report button is marked with an โ€œxโ€ icon and appears when you hover over the message.

Moderators process incoming complaints in the order they are received, so the procedure takes some time. Under no circumstances should you engage in dialogue with the violator, as you are responsible for your actions regardless of the reason. If you violate the chat rules, action will be taken against you as well.

What should I do if the offender's messages are only deleted?

Messages may be removed by automated system filters that detect unwanted content in real-time. Moderators only have access to user reports and cannot view chat history or automated actions, so it's helpful to submit multiple reports for each violating message.

If a user remains unbanned despite numerous reports, you can contact support and provide the user's ID for investigation. The team will review the case and take appropriate action.

 

๐ŸŽ Offensive messages in gifts

Gifts themselves do not violate the rules of the game. They can be freely sent to other players. At the same time, if a message is added to a gift, it is subject to the rules of chat communication.

If you have received a gift with an offensive or provocative message, you can send a complaint about it. To do this, select the gift and click on the complaint icon. Moderators will review the complaint and take action against the violator.

In no case do not send gifts with insults in return and do not incite conflict in the game chat. You are responsible for your actions, regardless of what caused them.

You will receive a response from the Customer Support team within 24 hours. The specialist will review the user's account and remove the nickname if it violates the rules.
