Chat has a system of gradually increasing penalties. The first chat ban will last only one hour, but repeated, and systematic violations will increase the ban duration.

There are 5 ban severity levels, with each being stricter than the previous:

❓ What raises the ban level?

The ban level increases with systematic violations. Systematic violations are considered if they are committed during rehabilitation. 

The ban level is reset when the rehabilitation period expires. The rehabilitation countdown starts after the ban expires. Thus, if a player receives a level 5 ban on May 1, the ban expires on May 15, and rehabilitation runs until May 22 inclusive.
