All in-app purchases are processed by payment systems. In most cases, they arrive to the account instantly, but in rare cases there may be delays.

If you encounter such a situation, firstly — don't worry! Funds can't go anywhere. If they were debited when you made a purchase: you will receive the purchase or the funds will be refunded to you automatically over time.

  1. Wait 10–15 minutes from the purchase.
  2. Close the World Poker Club app.
  3. If the purchase was made via Google Play, App Store, AppGallery or RuStore, open the corresponding app store. If you bought through ЮKassa or are not experienced in this issue — skip this step and go to the next one.
  4. Launch World Poker Club and check if the purchase has been received.
