The 1.20 update added the corporate positions.

Each of them is unique and belongs to a single member of the corporation. The CEO has a right to assign a position and also revoke it.

The list of positions and the rights and duties of each:
1) CEO: the main leader in a corporation. Can do everything. Obviously.

2) Vice President: has the same rights as the CEO except for disbanding the corporation

3) HDR (HR Director)
+ Approving/declining new members
+ Changing the conditions for joining a corporation
+ Changing the message in the corporation’s profile
+ Raising corporation employee ranks

4) COO (Chief Operating Officer)
+ Restocking the corporate shop
+ Choosing a corporate project to invest in

+ Changing a message on the main page of the corporation
+ Managing the corporate landmarks

5) CSO (Chief Strategy Officer)
+ Changing a message on the main page of corporation
+ Managing the corporate landmarks
