In the rare case that your transaction was handled but you didn't receive your item, please contact us.

We will investigate the issue and, if necessary and possible, add the missing items to your game account as soon as possible. 

We will need the following information from you: 
  1. Explain briefly what happened after you completed the transaction.
  2. Send us the digital receipt of the purchase. You should be receiving this receipt from your store via email (or sometimes via SMS) shortly after your purchase. 
In case you cannot find the receipt for the purchase in your e-mail, you can find the same receipt in your purchase history. 

For Android: In case you wish to view your purchase history, you can do so any time by logging into http://wallet.google.com

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please do NOT send us bank statements, we only need the receipts from your application store.
