If you experience constant game crashes or stalls during loading, this may be an indication that your device is running low on memory. Try these troubleshooting tips.
On Android:
- Check your device’s storage capacity; If your device storage is near full free up some space by removing unused apps and media.
- Free up device memory by exiting running apps.
- Exit all apps and restart your device.
- Clear your Application Cache, so as to help increase the performance of your device (Settings -> Application Manager -> Stellar Age -> Clear Cache).
- You should also try clearing out your Application’s Data from the same screen, but this will require you to download new files. Make sure you have a stable Wifi connection before doing so.
Another cause may be playing on a rooted or Jailbroken device. Rooted or jailbroken devices have shown to interfere with proper game performance, causing certain features to be unavailable to you or even prevent you from playing.
