If you load the game and notice your progress has been lost, please consider the following scenarios:
- Are you currently signed into your Game Center (iOS) or Google Play (Android) account? Pirate Tales’ game progress is linked to both your device and your Game Center or Google Play account. In order to pick up where you last left off, please ensure that you are actively logged into either of these accounts (based on your primary device for playing).
- Are you playing the game from a new device for the first time? To continue playing Pirate Tales with your current progress on a new or different device, please sign into your Game Center (iOS) or Google Play (Android) account.
- If you did not connect your Game Center (iOS) or Google Play (Android) account to your game and change the device, unfortunately, we will not be able to restore your progress.
