In the rare case that your transaction was handled but you didn't receive your item, please contact us. We will investigate the issue and, if necessary and possible, add the missing items to your game account as soon as possible. We will need the following information from you:
  1. Explain briefly what happened after you completed the transaction.
  2. Send us the digital receipt of the purchase. You should be receiving this receipt from your store via email (or sometimes via SMS) shortly after your purchase.
In case you cannot find the receipt for the purchase in your e-mail, you can find the same receipt in your purchase history. To view your purchase history on iOS devices please follow the instructions on this page: https://support.apple.com/en-is/HT204088 
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please do NOT send us bank statements, we only need the receipts from your app store.

If your purchase was made through Google, and you haven’t received your order after more than 24 hours, please contact us with a screenshot of your order receipt. The transaction ID (looks similar to this - GPA.1234-1234-1234-12345) at the bottom of the document must be visible on the screenshot.
